INFORMATION: The summer concert series will be held at Madison Park located at 301 South Broadway Street from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29th (Meli’sa Morgan), Saturday, July 13th (Troop), and Saturday, August 10th (Glen Jones). This event is free to the public and will feature national recognized talents. Each date will feature a different musical talent, making each concert its own new and unique experience.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Expenditures of $40,000.00 include contracted services for talent booking fees and three performances, rental of portable restrooms, tent rental and permits, trash receptacles, security, and other necessary supplies.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
