INFORMATION: The City of Trotwood, via Resolution No. R23-53, applied for Federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Funds through the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission for the resurfacing of Shiloh Springs Road from Oakes Road to Diamond Mill Road. The City was recently notified that the MVRPC Board of Directors approved this request via the Surface Transportation Program (STP).
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The City will be required to fund the preliminary engineering phase, as well as 20% of the project, for a total contribution of $180,666.00. The total amount of federal funds to be received is $493,970.00.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
