INFORMATION: The Board of Zoning Appeals is mandated by the Trotwood City Charter to conduct business on topics such as granting exceptions to, and variations in, the application of the zoning ordinances, and to hear and determine appeals. Council has an obligation to appoint five (5) qualified electors of the City to this Board without compensation and subject to obligations, powers, and duties as set forth in the Charter and the Trotwood Code of Ordinances.
