PURPOSE: Authorize City Manager to enter into Agreement

INFORMATION: This project will replace aging water lines and several fire hydrants along Nevada Avenue, Cove Court, Marlin Avenue, Gatewood Place, Redonda Lane, and Parkfield Place.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners has applied for funding for this project in the amount of $1,500,000.000 through the Ohio Public Works Commission State Capital Improvement Program. The City of Trotwood agrees to pay the cost of the street work construction, estimated to be $150,365.00, and will receive a percentage of the grant funds allocated by OPWC (not to exceed 15.0%)to Montgomery County, if awarded. The County will secure or provide all other funding necessary to complete the project.
