INFORMATION: We are currently in the process of a comprehensive review and update of the City’s Zoning Code, to include updating regulations that relate to multi-family housing to better reflect the recently adopted Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Staff anticipates this process to be near completion by the end of calendar year 2026.
