INFORMATION: Appeal filed by Zappia Motors. On November 12, 2024, the Planning Commission voted to deny the applicant’s request to increase the total number of vehicles to be sold on the premises from five (5) to ten (10). The applicant reapplied, and on February 25, 2025 the Planning Commission voted again to deny their request. Zappia Motors filed a Petition to Appeal the decision to City Council.
