INFORMATION: Motion 11/03/2025; File 25-18. This City-owned property that is adjacent to the Public Works building would establish the access road needed for the Olive Road rail sites, positioning the area for development.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: In an effort to repurpose the land, the City is transferring the parcel of land to the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
