INFORMATION: This portion of the project will replace approximately 1,025 lineal feet of aged water lines and several fire hydrants from the Olive Road intersection west to 805 MacMillan Drive.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total cost of Phase Two is $523,941, with CDBG grant funds totaling $75,000, to be combined with grant funds in the amount of $112,236 and an interest-free loan in the amount of $336,705 from OPWC, to be accepted upon official award notification.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
