INFORMATION: On Monday, September 21, 2026, Deputy City Manager Kellum and Director Hauck gave a presentation (PR09-26) on recreational marijuana. The only expressed position is to not allow licensed cultivators, processors, and dispensaries of adult use marijuana within the City of Trotwood. Therefore, a public hearing will be held and legislation will be drafted to put the issue to a vote.
