INFORMATION: The City of Trotwood is working to update its Planning and Zoning Code, which are the ordinances that regulate how you can use land, setbacks for building, buffers between land uses, and other physical design elements of new development. The current Code was implemented in 1999, after the merger between the City of Trotwood and Madison Township.
