PURPOSE:  Authorize City Manager to enter into Contract

INFORMATION: The City has identified the need for improvements to Turner Road, from Salem Avenue to Wolf Road, to include pavement planing and resurfacing, and adjusting manholes and water valves to grade and application of new pavement markings.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total project cost is estimated to be $1,121,172.00, with federal funding up to $810,663.00. The City is required to fund the remainder of the cost of the improvements, or $310,509.00, which includes 100% of the preliminary engineering phase and portions of the construction engineering phase and construction phase.

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Recommend Approval
