A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL IMPOSING AN EXTENDED MORATORIUM UP THROUGH AND INCLUDING DECEMBER 31, 2026, ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR, AND THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS, FOR LICENSED CULTIVATORS, PROCESSORS, AND DISPENSARIES OF MEDICAL AND ADULT USE MARIJUANA IN THE CITY OF TROTWOOD.

INFORMATION: Once again, due to major changes in Ohio’s marijuana laws that alter several aspects of the voter-enacted regulations, extending this moratorium will allow City administration and the Planning Commission additional time to review the major changes and make appropriate recommendations on zoning, prohibition and/or limitations of adult use cannabis operators so that any necessary regulations conform to the goals of the City.
