INFORMATION: This project represents Phase 3 of 4, which will replace approximately 1,460 lineal feet of aging water lines and several fire hydrants from the west dead end of North Eppington Drive and continuing west for 1,460 lineal feet to the intersection of Vaniman Avenue.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total cost of phase three is $983,941.00, with grant funds totaling $908,941.00, of which $454,470.00 is anticipated to be awarded from the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC), and the City previously accepted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $75,000.00 via Resolution No. R5-59. The remaining balance due of $454,471.00 will be funded with a 0.00% interest loan from the OPWC.
