A RESOLUTION BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING KARA LANDIS, CLERK OF COUNCIL, AS THEIR DESIGNEE TO ATTEND OHIO PUBLIC RECORDS AND OPEN MEETINGS LAW TRAINING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 149.43(E)(1) AND 109.43(B) OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

INFORMATION: The Ohio Revised Code prescribes that Ohio Public Records and Open Meetings Law training shall be three (3) hours for every term of office for which the elected official or future elected official was appointed or elected to the public office involved. This required training may be completed by an appropriate designee and Council appoints Kara Landis, Clerk of Council, as their designee. Kara Landis, Clerk of Council, completed the required three (3) hours of Ohio Public Records and Open Meetings Law training on September 16, 2026.
