PURPOSE:  Authorize City Manager to enter into Contract

INFORMATION: This project will infill the sidewalks along the west side of Olive Road from Shiloh Springs Road to Salem Avenue (State Route 49) and enhance the intersection of Olive Road and State Route 49 to accommodate increased semi-trailer truck traffic.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total project is estimated to cost $1.2 million. The City was awarded Systemic Safety Funding through the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) from the Ohio Department of Transportation, to be combined with local funds in the amount of $214,800.00.

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Recommend Approval
