INFORMATION: The Annual Smoke, Sizzle and Sounds Festival will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from noon - 7:00 p.m. at Madison Park, located at 301 South Broadway Street. The event will include the Smoke, Sizzle and Sounds BBQ Contest, food trucks, business vendors, live music and entertainment.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Expenditures not to exceed $12,000.00 include contracted services, rental of portable restrooms, trash receptacles, BBQ contest prize awards, and other necessary supplies.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
