A Motion by the Trotwood City Council to schedule a Public Hearing and to authorize the Law Director to draft an ordinance to amend current Chapter 521 “Health, Safety and Sanitation” of the Trotwood Codes of Ordinances to update Section 521.10 “Prohibition of Smoking” and prohibit marijuana in City-owned facilities.

INFORMATION: In consideration of the legalization of recreational marijuana, for the health, safety, and welfare of residents, the City would like to prohibit marijuana in any form in City-owned facilities.
