INFORMATION: This is a joint project with the City of Clayton, to design and construct a single-land roundabout at the intersection of Hoke Road and Westbrook Road. The estimated construction dates are 10/2/2028 through 08/01/2029.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Funding for this project will come through local funds and a $3,222,504 grant awarded to Clayton and Trotwood. This grant program requires a 20% match, with the two jurisdictions splitting that amount in half, or 10% of the total cost. Trotwood’s anticipated cost for the full project, to include a 10% contingency, is $217,665.80.
