INFORMATION: The Public Safety Committee was created by Resolution No. R09-55 and is charged with assisting City Council in carrying out its oversight and improvement responsibilities as they relate to the City’s public safety, performance, reporting practices and initiatives to improve, protect and enhance the safety, well-being, integrity and efficiently of the City’s public safety forces, while promoting and effecting the allocation of resources through the provision of sound information and advice.
