INFORMATION: The commercial parcel located at Shiloh Springs Rd (PARCEL ID H33 00505 0024) is vacant and abandoned property and currently has delinquent real estate taxes/assessment balance of $8,809.59.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: N/A

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Land Reutilization Programming.
