INFORMATION: The contractor plans to outline the forthcoming process to update the City’s Zoning Code, and is seeking input from Council regarding what they see as issues and opportunities related to the existing Zoning Code. This will include some preliminary policy discussion about the types of housing and development character to consider when updating the regulations.
