INFORMATION: This project represents Phase 2 of 2 which will replace approximately 1,025 linear feet of aged water lines beginning at the intersection of Olive Road and continuing west for 1,025 linear feet to 805 MacMillan Drive.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total cost of this phase is $523,941.00. Grant funds total $448,941.00, of which $112,236.00 was awarded from the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). The City previously accepted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $75,000.00, via Resolution No. R25-34, to offset required match funding, and the remaining balance due of $336,705.00 is being funded with a 0.00% interest loan from the OPWC.
