INFORMATION: This Agreement allows the City to receive funds from the Montgomery County ED/GE Program in order to provide funding support to an eligible developer. Per recent changes to Section 9.66 of the Ohio Revised Code, certain details are exempt from Public Records Law.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The grant funds will be passed on to the eligible developer, see Resolution No. R26-35.
