INFORMATION: The 3rd Annual Summer Concert Series will be held at Madison Park located at 301 South Broadway Street. The concert series is free to the public and will feature national recognized talents. Each date will feature a different musical talent, making each concert its own new and unique experience.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Expenditures not to exceed $50,000.00 include contracted services for talent booking fees for three performances, rental of portable restrooms, tent rental and permits, trash receptacles, security, and other necessary supplies.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
