INFORMATION: After conducting a title search, it is believed that the City of Trotwood owns this land-locked parcel of property. The City has declared the land to be surplus and therefore, upon request, the City desires to transfer by Quit Claim Deed the 5.148 acres to Five Rivers MetroParks so they can extend the Wolf Creek Recreational Trail for the public’s benefit.
