A Motion by the Trotwood City Council to schedule a Public Hearing and authorize the Law Director to prepare legislation accepting the recommendation of the Trotwood Planning Commission to vacate the public street and right-of-way known as “Gill Mart Way,” located north of Shiloh Springs Road between Salem Avenue and State Route 49, in the City of Trotwood, Ohio.

INFORMATION: The applicant (Wawa) is requesting to vacate the existing public street and right-of-way known as “Gill Mart Way,” and proposes to make this a private street to be maintained by the applicant. The applicant is also proposing an access easement for all other properties currently using this public street.
