INFORMATION: Per the City Charter, Section 10-5: AMENDMENT OF CHARTER, a Charter Review Commission shall, every five (5) years, review the entire Charter and recommend to Council any alterations, revisions, and amendments that the CRC deems advisable for Council to consider placing on the ballot for voter consideration. On February 2, 2026, City Council appointed seven (7) members to serve on the Board via Resolution No. R26-15.
The Commission met three (3) times to review the Charter. Chair Hankins and Vice Chair Commodore will present the Commission’s final report to City Council.
