INFORMATION: The City has identified the need for improvements to Turner Road, specifically resurfacing from Salem Avenue to Wolf Road, and has been awarded federal funds through the Surface Transportation Program administered by the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total estimated cost of this project is $1,121,172.00, less Federal-Aid funds in the amount of $810,663.00. The City is required to fund the remainder of the cost of the improvements, or $310,509.00, which includes 100% of the preliminary engineering phase and portions of the construction engineering phase and construction phase.

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Recommend Approval
