INFORMATION: The rates and amounts of the City’s tax levies are determined by the Montgomery County Budget Commission. This resolution certifies said rates and amounts to the Montgomery County Auditor.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Funds generated from taxes are necessary for the daily operations of the City.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
