INFORMATION: This is an application from the Derringer Family Farm to rezone 3.082 acres of the existing 93.02-acre tract of farm land. The subject property is currently zoned L-I-1 (Light Industrial 1) and is located near Strawberry Court and State Route 49. The applicant is requesting to rezone a portion of the land to RSF-L (Residential Single-Family, Low Density) and combine it with their existing home to the north. The applicant wishes to use the property for personal recreation reasons and to possibly restart the previously existing tree farm.
