INFORMATION: This project represents Phase 2 of 4, which replaces approximately 1,400 linear feet of aging water lines and fire hydrants from 520 North Eppington Drive east to 713 North Eppington Drive.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total cost of this phase is $663,971.00. Grant funds total $588,971.00, of which $294,486.00 was awarded from the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). The City previously accepted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $75,000.00, via Resolution No. R25-33, to offset match funding, and the remaining balance due of $294,485.00 is being funded with a 0.00% interest loan from the OPWC.
