INFORMATION: This portion of the project will replace approximately 1,400 lineal feet of aged water lines and several fire hydrants from 520 North Eppington Drive east to 713 North Eppington Drive.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: The total cost of Phase Two is $663,971, with CDBG grant funds totaling $75,000, to be combined with grant funds in the amount of $294,486 and an interest-free loan in the amount of $294,485 from OPWC, to be accepted upon official award notification.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
