INFORMATION: Motion 12/01/2026; File 25-23. On November 18, 2025, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and voted to recommend passage by Council. This request will allow the current owner to retain a small amount of acreage with the existing residence and sell the remaining 92 acres.
