INFORMATION: The City is submitting an application to MVRPC for federal funding through the Surface Transportation Program to resurface Turner Road from State Route 49 to Salem Avenue.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: If awarded, the City of Trotwood would be required to contribute $265,412.06, to include a 21% match for resurfacing costs, a 15.5% inflationary contingency, and a 10% construction contingency, as well as 100% of the preliminary engineering costs.

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Recommend Approval
