INFORMATION: The Spring Fling Event will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from noon - 2:00 p.m. at Madison Park, located at 301 South Broadway Street, Trotwood, OH 45426. The event will include the distribution of free bike helmets and safety instructions, touch-a-truck, and other activities.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: Expenditures not to exceed $750.00 include entertainment, a photographer, and other necessary supplies.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Approval
