PURPOSE:  Transfer of surplus City owned land for Economic Development purposes.

INFORMATION: Bernard Holdings LLC desires to expand the parking area at their current location adjacent to this land transfer to support multiple tenants. This process will encourage Economic Development and is supportive of our Strategic Plan initiatives.

RECOMMENDATION:  City Council to approve the motion for the Law Director to draft an Ordinance for the September 6, 2016 regular City Council Meeting.
