A Motion for the Law Director to draft an Ordinance amending the current pages to the Trotwood Code of Ordinances for the Traffic Code, General Offenses for the City of Trotwood, Ohio and declare an emergency.

PURPOSE: The Ohio Constitution requires each year provisions for revisions & recodification to the Trotwood Code of Ordinances as requires by State Law.
