INFORMATION: Maxs Sports and Spirits Inc. DBA Grills Tavern has filed a request with the ODLC for a Stock Transfer Permit Change for the 4949 Union Road location. Stock control within their company has changed due to change in leadership which requires formal changes to the current permits on file with ODLC. D5 & D6 permits already exist and are in good standing. This is not an application for new permits. The existing D5 & D6 permit classifications do not change at all for this location, only the names on the permit.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION: Upon review with the Planning and Development office and with Police Records, there are no significant issues concerning this request at this time. The Police Department recommends that the Trotwood City Council enter a motion to accept without comment.
