INFORMATION: The single family residence located at 3909 DENLINGER ROAD (PARCEL ID H33 01013 0026)  is a vacant and abandoned property and currently has a delinquent real estate taxes/assessment balance of $5,272.75.

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Housing Program.
