PURPOSE: To transfer a 1.00 acre parcel of surplus City owned land to Bernard Holdings LLC for the purpose of supporting Economic Development on the site by allowing the owner to use the land to expand the current facility parking are and attract new tenants.

INFORMATION: The transfer of 1.00 acre of surplus land to allow for the expansion of the parking area of an existing multitenant commercial building.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the ordinance to allow for the transfer of the 1.00 acre property on Shiloh Springs Road.
