Title
Motion of the Trotwood City Council authorizing the Clerk of Council, Sandra L. Riege Fuller as designee for the Ohio Attorney General Sunshine Law And Open Government Training Session for 2016 for four council members with consecutive terms in office.

PURPOSE: Training program to understand access to public records as required by section 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code. The training shall be three hours for every term of office for which the elected official was appointed or elected to the public office.

INFORMATION: Clerk of Council attending the three hour training session on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 as the designee for four council members; Mayor Mary McDonald, Vice Mayor Gales, Councilman Rap Hankins and Councilman Ron Vaughn for their ongoing term in said office. Separtely, Councilwoman Rhonda Finley, Councilman Kelly and Councilman Sly attended their sessions as newly appointed elected officials for their new term of office effective in 2016.
