PURPOSE:  Facilitate rehabilitation and productive reuse of the property.

INFORMATION:  The residential parcel located at 8 S. SUNRISE AVE (H33 00302 0014) is vacant and abandoned property and currently has delinquent real estate taxes/assessment balance of $5,133.31.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT:  n/a

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Land Reutilization Programming.
