INFORMATION: The residential parcel located at 7620 TUSCOLA DRIVE (H33 00610 0022) is vacant and abandoned property and currently has delinquent real estate taxes/assessment balance of $2,993.00.

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’s Land Reutilization Programming.
