INFORMATION:  The residential parcel located at 325 STUBBS DRIVE )H33-00312-0021) is vacant and abandonded property and currently has delinquent real estate taxes assessment balance of $2,320.19.

 

FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT:  n/a

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Pass resolution authorizing the Trotwood CIC to initiate the expedited tax foreclosure process and implement this property into the Trotwood CIC’S Land Reutilization Programming.
