PURPOSE: To authorize the Finance Director to create a new financial fund No. 610 for the Community and Cultural Arts Center purchases for the City.

INFORMATION: The purpose for this Ordinance is to establish a separate fund to receipt and pay for the Trotwood Community and Cultural Arts Center purchases. By establishing a separate fund this will isolate the revenue and the expenditure related to the purchases. Once the fund is established the monies allocated to this will be moved from F101 to F610.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: There is no fiscal or staff impacts related to this Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend approval of this ordinance.
