INFORMATION: Force Indoor Sports has filed a request with the ODLC for a Liquor Permit Change by ownership sale of the 5271 Salem Avenue store location. Ownership of the business has changed due to sale, which requires formal changes to the current permits on file with the ODLC. The D1 permit already exists and is in good standing. This is not an application for a new permit. The existing D1 permit classification does not change at all for this location, only the names on the permit.
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: n/a
RECOMMENDATION: Upon review with the Planning and Development Department and with Police Records, there are no significant issues concerning this request at this time. The Police Department recommends that the Trotwood City Council enter a motion to accept this application permit transfer without comment.
