A RESOLUTION BY TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OHIO PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION FOR THE WOLF CREEK SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT.

PURPOSE: To repair aging infrastructure

INFORMATION: OPWC State Capital Improvement Program and/or Local Transportation Improvement Program to address the deteriorating conditions. The replacement will be placed on the south side of Wolf Creek which will meet OEPA requirement. The replacement is needed to eliminate the creek crossing to insure the health and safety of those residences that reside along this portion of Wolf Creek
FISCAL & STAFF IMPACT: OPWC which will contribute 75% of the funds for these improvements not to exceed $756,773.00 and the city of Trotwood will contribute 25% in matching funds in the amount not to exceed $189,193.25
RECOMMENDATION: I recommend that the city Council authorize the city Manager
