PURPOSE: To complete a transaction that was initiated in 2009 by Mr. Wilz with the City for the acquisition of a tax delinquent parcel of land adjacent to his property.

INFORMATION: In 2009 Mr. Tom Wilz deposited $2,000 to the City of Trotwood for the acquisition of a tax delinquent parcel of land adjacent to his property. City Council voted to initiate a foreclosure action on the property (known as Parcel H33-01014-0004 on Union Road) in OR10-33. This new ordinance will be a culmination of the activity that took place to transfer that land to a responsible party. All process costs were paid for out of the $2,000 deposit the City accepted from Mr. Wilz.
