PURPOSE: Hearing to request approval of a Specific Site Plan to occupy an existing 3,000 sq. ft. facility as an automotive filling station at 7001 W Third Street (Parcel I.D. # H33 02309 0047).This Specific Site Plan is for Zoning Approval of the use proposed by R&R Takhar Oli Co. at the site of an existing vacant retail building.

INFORMATION: Application was submitted by Randy Takhar of R&R Takhar Oil Co. who is proposing to operte an automotive filling station and secured truck parking facility at the site. On December 12, 2017 the Planning Commission voted to recommend Council for approval of the Specific Site Plan.

RECOMMENDATION: Recommend approval in favor of the motion to schedule a Public Hearing.
