PURPOSE: Hearing to request approval of an Amendment to a Specific Site Plan to occupy an existing 120,000 sq. ft. facility as a storage facility including truck and trailer rental at 5331 Salem Avenue (Parcel I.D. # H33 00805 0005).This Specific Site Plan is for Zoning Approval of the use proposed by UHaul of Trotwood at the site of an existing vacant retail building.
